we have a proven process to ensure that each and every one of our clients is satisfied with the products and services that they have received. Using top quality materials, state-of-the-art equipment, and our unrivaled passion for our craft, here at Silver Bo you are sure to have a satisfying experience each and every time.
The first step in our process is you will meet with one of our friendly design staff to bring your project to life. We have one of the largest showrooms on the Peninsula with 1000’s of choices of tile, flooring, and countertop options to help your dream come to reality. We start by pulling together all the aspects of the projects such as flooring, cabinet colors, paint colors, tile patterns, and finally countertop selections. We ask that you supply us with a rough drawing of the countertops with dimensions and/or the total square footage including coverage of the tile that you will need. We also can supply the materials for tile projects, but we do not install the tile. Once we have put all the pieces together your design associate will pass the information along to our estimating department.
The second step in our process consists of our estimating department putting together the pricing for the selections that you have chosen. Your project will be assigned a dedicated expert estimator that will handle your project from start to finish ensuring that every single detail has been accounted for. You will be in contact with the estimator throughout your project to make sure any changes or revisions are handled promptly.
The third step in our process happens when all estimates are completed, and you have decided to move forward with your project. You will meet with your design staff member to sign all contracts and place the deposit to get on the schedule.
In the fourth step of our process, you will be contacted by our scheduling department to set up your template and install dates. It is important to let our scheduler know of any challenges that may arise such as scheduling conflicts, other trades doing work at the same time, or anything that may cause a delay in the project. Remember we want everything to run smoothly.
At the fifth step, our team members will arrive on-site and take accurate templates of all surfaces that will be produced, and collect all important details of the project to make sure your project is a success. At this point of the project is where all final decisions and changes are to be made. Once your template is complete the details will be returned to the estimator for all necessary changes if any to your project. You will then receive a change order with any changes from the original estimate including cost increases or decreases.
Our sixth step is where the fun begins. Our talented shop team members will start the layout and fabrication process of your countertops. Using our vast industry experience and knowledge we will lay out your project using the least number of seams as possible to complete your project. We design your countertops to not only be aesthetically pleasing but also to comply with all industry standards for fabrication.
Our seventh and final step is where your dreams become reality. Our team of professional installers will deliver your finished product and install them in your home. A final inspection of your product will be done, and all sealers will be applied if necessary.
